The anti-static masterbatch is made by incorporating anti-static agents, along with imported additives and carrier resins, through mixing and granulation. It has good compatibility with the resin, and its dispersion performance and weather resistance are excellent. The masterbatch is in the form of light yellow 3 × 3 × 5mm cylindrical particles, with a melt flow rate range of 5 to 15 (g/10min).
Dosage and usage method of anti-static masterbatch: During the molding process of the product, add the masterbatch to the polypropylene resin, mix well, and then mold according to the normal production process. Recommended dosage: 3-4 parts.
Packaging and storage of anti-static masterbatch: 50 kilograms in paper bags. After opening, the bag must be resealed for storage to prevent contamination by moisture and dust particles.
